ECG not working

Thank you very much for your work! I have designed something similar a long way back And I know how much effort goes into such things. You are great! Sadly, the ecg does not seem to be working. It just shows a sinus rhythm, independent of the set rhythm (eg. asystoly). Maybe its just me, but you might want to have a look at it. Kind regards and keep up the good work!
